Turkiye Judo Federation took its place at the country’s largest and most comprehensive sports exhibition World Sports Istanbul’25 to spread the judo branch to large audiences, to organize training with licensed athletes and workshops on curious striking techniques.
JUDO = AN INNER JOURNEY
Judo, which is based on the principles of mathematics and physics and plays an important role in the holistic education of the person, also includes spiritual education. With Judo, individuals learn the concepts of truthfulness, kindness, patience, love and respect. It improves the athlete’s intelligence and gives him the ability to move on his own. Thus, athletes develop self-confidence, self-control and ability to concentrate.
