When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased products.

The shipping costs for the product delivery will be borne by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer, within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, including any warranty certificate, user manual, or similar documents.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the moment the seller learns of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product terminates.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the amount of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is required to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If unforeseeable force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered within the period, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

Before receiving the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer should inspect them; damaged or defective goods/services such as those with dents, breaks, or torn packaging should not be accepted from the courier company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The buyer must take care of the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice should also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to the buyer or the person/institution indicated by the buyer, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the service has started with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To use the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used according to the provisions of “Non-Returnable Products” in this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the buyer (if the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders issued in the name of institutions will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

The return form, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned, must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that put the buyer into debt to the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to receive the goods within 20 days.

If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or if it becomes impossible to return it, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for the damages caused in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration caused by proper use of the product or item within the right of withdrawal period.

If the exercise of the right of withdrawal results in the seller’s campaign limit being breached, the discount amount utilized under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s request or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return, such as underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, products that may spoil quickly or expire, products whose packaging has been opened by the buyer, products mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription agreements, electronically performed services or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and recordings of sound or images, books, digital content, software programs, data storage and data recording devices, computer consumables, and packaging if opened by the buyer cannot be returned according to the Regulation. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikini tops, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must remain unopened, unused, untested, and undamaged to be returned.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on payment by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal measures; claim expenses and attorney’s fees from the buyer, and in all cases of default due to the buyer’s debt, the buyer accepts to compensate the seller for the damages caused by delayed performance of the debt.
