WSI Fitness Games offers a unique sports experience for everyone from ages 7 to 70. Organized as part of World Sports Istanbul, WSI Fitness Games delivers an interactive and entertaining sports experience designed for participants of all ages.
Specially designed low-intensity exercise programs and flexibility-enhancing activities will help senior participants stay active and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. These activities will take place in a fun, safe environment under the guidance of professional instructors.
Survivor Challenge Areas for Children and Youth
Designed for young adventure-loving athletes, these survivor-style obstacle courses help children improve their physical skills while learning teamwork and coordination. In these fun obstacle-filled areas, participants will enjoy both competition and entertainment.
Athletic Performance Measurement Areas
Prepared for young people and adult sports enthusiasts, these zones will allow participants to test and measure athletic abilities such as speed, strength, endurance, and agility. Equipped with professional testing equipment, these areas offer visitors the chance to discover and improve their personal performance limits.

WORLD SPORTS FITNESS GAMES – CHILDREN’S EXERCISE AREA
A physical activity obstacle course will be created for children aged 5 to 15. Participants will begin with warm-up exercises before starting the course. Performance measurements will be conducted using photocell timing systems, and all participant results will be recorded. For younger age groups, the course difficulty will be adjusted accordingly.
Each day, 1 female and 1 male instructor will be assigned to this station.
Age Categories
• 5–6 years old
• 7–8 years old
• 8–9 years old
• 10–11 years old
• 12–13 years old
• 14–15 years old
Performance times for participants in each age category will be recorded during the first 3 days of the exhibition, and an awards ceremony will be held on the main stage on the final day of the fair.
The top 3 participants in each category will receive medals and gifts.
